EU Shipping is available on my Etsy Store. If you cannot find the item you are looking for please contact me directly by email at enquiries@okaydoodle.com and I will make you a custom listing. I am always happy to help.
VAT is charged on imports to the EU regardless of value. VAT applies at the rate of the buyer’s country of residence. These fees are not the same for every country.
When shopping on the website, these VAT charges are collected from the receiver (the customer) and not at checkout. This means this charge is added when your order reaches your own country, and is also subject to a handling fee, which is not controlled by us. The customer is responsible for paying these charges before receiving their goods. This means that extra charges will apply to your order which you will need to pay to the handling company.
For this reason we have decided not to offer shipping to the EU on our website but offer it on Etsy instead.
When shopping on our Etsy shop, all VAT is collected at the checkout, which means this is handled before your order reaches your country. This means there should be no extra fees (handling fees) at the border.
