Things to do when you feel anxious

It can be so hard when you are in the throes of an anxiety attack to know what to do, how to handle it or what you can do to try and relax and calm your brain. 
So I created the graphic above as a visual aid to help with some ideas to try for when you are feeling anxious. 
These include: 
Asking for help 
Breathing exercises 
Self Care - like a bubble bath 
Unlugging from social media 
Getting outside 
Doing something creative 
Writing down your feelings 
Finding a distraction
